Supported MCP Tools

Spiral exposes 24 tools to your IDE's agent over the Model Context Protocol. This list is generated from the allowlist the server actually enforces, so everything below is callable today.

The 5 marked required are the governed turn: an agent walks them in order, and a decision that skips the conflict check is refused at commit time.
